We recently completed a diverse package of work for Commercial Union Life Assurance Co. Ltd via Morley Fund Management who refurbished 25 Copthall Avenue, London. The Ground Floor Reception Area package was managed by John Desmond Ltd in collaboration with PCM Ltd, Aedas Architects, NDY Light and the client's design team.

The list of works includes a feature reception desk, 2 light box walls, raking glass entrance with automatic sliding doors, external glass pavement panels illuminated with fibre optic lights, stainless steel and colour backed glass plasma screen housing, shot peened stainless steel handrails, bronze guard rails, a pop-up smoke vent and all masonry works to the walls and floor area.

Other works on the project include: refurbishment and automation of the external street gates and loading bay sliding door, atrium linear diffuser grilles, pavement masonry, sundry polyester powder coated grilles, satin polished stainless steel column skirtings, automatic sliding glass doors to London Wall Entrance and the satin chrome plating of all stair core handrails.
